About the job Retail Lube Supervisor
JOB PURPOSE:
Manage all aspects Retail Lube operations to ensure utilization of resources aligned with the defined quality and standards whilst providing optimum client experience and achieving the defined revenue targets. Ensure that the highest standard of customer services delivered consistently at all times, in a safe and environment friendly atmosphere.

HSSE
- Ensures strict compliance with the company HSE rules and regulations regarding fire, safety and environment, Municipality rules and regulations and all staff is aware of it. Enforce cleanliness of all services and facilities and take corrective action in conjunction with the cleaning service provider. Report and record all incidents on time. Ensure the dress code is being followed as mandated by Management.
