Our client is a renowned Singapore real estate development company with businesses spanning across Singapore and Asia.

The Role:

Reporting to Managing Director, Retail, the incumbent’s responsibilities cover both operations and leasing activities of the assets under management; with reporting teams of people in mainly 3 functions: Leasing, Marketing Communications and Operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Involve in defining overall Centre strategy and execute strategy to ensure key targets are met
• Lead the team to ensure smooth operations of the Centre
• Day to day responsibilities to manage, direct and monitor the overall performance of the Centre
• Collaborate with Asset Management team to manage asset’s infrastructure, standards and presentation
• Develop plans for team activities to achieve agreed targets
• Prepare and present management reports for monthly reporting
