Job Purpose

The Manager, Retail Property Management is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, leasing activities, financial performance, and tenant relationships for assigned retail properties. This role ensures high occupancy levels, maximizes asset value, delivers exceptional tenant and customer service, and maintains efficient property operations in alignment with the company's objectives, policies, and regulatory requirements.

• Manage the daily operations and administration of assigned retail properties, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
