We are looking for a suitable Store Manager for our Christchurch store, you will be solely managing the store with other staff reporting to and supporting you in your role.

Daily Tasks Involved in the role:
Duties are Dealing with suppliers, hiring, training and supervision of staff, providing excellent customer service, marketing and promoting the store, maintaining quality standards, budgeting, ordering and maintaining stock and creating policies for the store. You will also be in charge of store security and security processes.
We are looking for a mature staff member who are able to work on their own without any supervision and minimal training. They must be able to communicate to a diverse range of people and be able to maintain professional customer service in any circumstance.
