ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a UAE Retail Manager to lead the performance of our Parfums de Marly and INITIO Parfums Privés boutiques and counters across the UAE. A hands‑on retail leadership role, built on operational excellence, strong field teams, and lasting client relationships.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Retail Excellence & Performance - Set and uphold excellence standards across all UAE points of sale — Visual Merchandising, grooming, brand image — in boutiques, department stores (Bloomingdale's, Harvey Nichols, Galeries Lafayette, Sephora, etc.) and corners.
- Track performance per point of sale, combining KPIs with field observation, to spot gaps early and prioritize action.
