Retail Manager – Mitre 10 Mega Brougham Street

In this role you will be part of a senior leadership team reporting directly to the General Manager. You will be responsible for your own team of 25+ including 4 team leaders.

Your role will include:

• Ensure we maintain our strong customer service.
• Working actively on the floor alongside our team and our customers – getting to know them, understand them, and lead by example
• Building a highly capable team through hands on coaching, practical training and development
