This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys being out on the floor, supporting their team, solving problems, and helping keep a fast‑paced retail operation running at its best.

Previous leadership experience within a large‑format (“big box”) retail environment is essential for this role.

About the Role: This is a full‑time position working 40 hours per week, including one weekend day. As Retail Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service while achieving strong commercial and operational results. No two days are the same – you'll be involved in everything from coaching team members and managing stock flow to driving sales performance and maintaining exceptional store standards.
