Job Responsibilities - Oversee daily retail store operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service
- Lead, supervise, and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and operational KPIs
- Ensure high standards of store presentation, merchandising, housekeeping, and inventory management
- Manage manpower planning, staff scheduling, and daily deployment efficiently
- Provide professional customer service and handle escalated customer feedback or service recovery situations
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and conduct inventory checks
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and service standards
- Prepare operational reports and support business improvement initiatives
