Total Wine & More is seeking a supervisor to support store operations, grow our brand, and deliver best-in-class service. You will help build a sales and service culture, lead by example, and report to store management.

You’ll supervise staff, enhance product knowledge, address customer issues, and ensure compliance with alcohol regulations while maintaining safety and cleanliness. This regular role includes evenings and weekends as needed.
