Position Overview

Primary Purpose

This role provides administrative and operational support to the Retail Operations team, ensuring smooth execution of core processes such as purchase orders, vendor payments, store operational coordination, and reporting. The position plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting store needs, and ensuring timely execution of operational tasks across Singapore and Malaysia.

  • Operations Administration & BuyingHub Support
  • Coordinate and monitor store-related payments including utilities, ensuring timely submission and proper documentation
