Job Description RETAIL SALES DEVELOPMENT Support the Senior Retail Manager in building effective communication tools to share sales data with the retail team. Prepare weekly and monthly sales performance decks. Assist the SRM in building effective incentive plans based on marketing and business needs. Coordinate, verify, and share incentive results with the sales team on a monthly basis. Visit points of sale on a weekly basis and ensure counter/boutique needs are met. RETAIL STAFF MANAGEMENT Monitor key retail KPIs and provide quantitative reports to the SRM. Review retail team productivity and gather retail team needs in terms of coaching and training. Ensure new product launch information is well disseminated to the retail team: Prepare presentation decks including all information related to new launches in partnership with the Marketing Team.
