Rappi Technology Mexico is seeking a Retail Operations Manager to drive the execution of the Retail vertical in Mexico, ensuring excellence in performance, cost efficiency, and scalable operating models across the city.

You will monitor KPIs like cancellation rate, fill rate, store SLA, wait times, and cost per order while leading an analytical operations team and collaborating with Supply, Finance, Commercial, CX, and Tech to align end-to-end processes.
