The Retail Operations Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the growth and operational success of The North Face owned retail stores across Mexico. This position partners closely with Retail Operations, Field Leadership, Store Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent execution of operational standards, successful new store openings, inventory accuracy, compliance, and exceptional consumer experiences.

The role is responsible for driving operational excellence through store performance analysis, process optimization, training support, and operational execution.
