**Overview**

**Scope of Responsibilities:** During in-person hours, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Pharmacy department. Assists in the training and development of subordinate staff, estimating personnel needs, assigning work, meeting completion dates, interpreting and ensuring consistent application of organizational policies. Relies on experience and professional judgment to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Provides centralized operational and clinical support remotely during overlapping windows as scheduled/assigned.

**Job Summary:** Responsible for the implementation and adherence to the Kinney Standard of Practice as it relates to the provision of the highest quality health care service to our customers

**Travel** : Limited travel may be required. Attendance at various Kinney business and management conferences required.

**Shifts** : Includes day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts (instore and remote)
