Responsibility Summary:
Manage a portfolio of retail customers – focusing on product penetration, profitability and customer satisfaction.Grow branch fees and commissions through targeted product and service offering to the Retail portfolio.Proactively manage and review credit applications to reduce the possibility of NPA.Participate in marketing activities within the business areas to maximize growth.Relationship management through customer acquisition and retention in line with the Bank’s strategy.
