Position OverviewSamuels Seafood Company is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for the seafood retail store, Giuseppe’s Market, in South Philadelphia. The Retail Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while assisting customers with their purchases. Qualified candidates will have experience in the handling and butchering of imported seafood, beef and lamb products, fresh and frozen. 
Responsibilities:
Greet and engage customers providing excellent customer service in person, over the phone or via email correspondence

Assist with maintaining inventory in the marketing area and taste/commissary kitchens by pulling product from showcases or the warehouse 

Assist customers with any questions they may have regarding their purchases

Process customer orders as required, including weighing, pricing, scaling and cutting product
