• Comply with store house rules, regulations and Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
• Represent the company at all times with the utmost degree of professionalism and integrity.
• Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the merchandise display in the store cabinets/showcases.
• Maintain a clean and neat general/over-all store environment including stockroom.
• Welcome customers to the store, promote & offer products and answer queries.
• Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge and help customers explore available options.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Team-up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and sales productivity.
