Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers visiting the Hiessence pop-up kiosk and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Introduce and demonstrate Hiessence aromatic diffusers, fragrance oils, and related products.
• Deliver a premium customer experience aligned with the brand's positioning.
• Maintain the kiosk's visual presentation, cleanliness, and product displays.
• Process sales transactions and assist with daily sales tracking and basic inventory monitoring.
• Actively engage customers and support sales targets and product promotions.
• Share customer feedback, product inquiries, and sales insights with management.
• Support marketing activities, product demonstrations, and promotional events at the kiosk.
