Retail Sales Manager will supervise and co-ordinate the day-to-day activities of customer service, staff, stock and inventory workers, cashiers, and sales associates of the entire retail store. The aim of any Retail Manager is to maximize profits while minimizing costs. Retail Sales Manager will interview and hire employees, direct training, and conduct performance evaluations.
