Position Overview

            Key Responsibilities  Sales & Customer Engagement  Assist customers with product selection and provide wine recommendations 
Upsell premium wines and cross-sell related products (e.g., accessories, gourmet items) 
Promote in-store promotions, membership programs, and events 
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business 
 Cashiering & Store Operations  Handle cashiering duties and operate POS system accurately 
Ensure smooth and efficient checkout process 
Assist with stock replenishment and inventory checks 
 Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising  Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times 
Ensure shelves, displays, and wine racks are organized and visually appealing 
Follow proper storage standards (temperature, lighting, handling) 
Support in creating attractive product displays and promotions
