Overview:The Retail Sales Supervisor is a member of the Local Purveyor's leadership team and manages retail relationships within the route. Under general supervision of the Local Purveyor, the Retail Sales Supervisor proactively engages with retail partners to achieve service and operational excellence within the route. This role is responsible for growing sales and achieving key metrics (i.e., shrink, training, RPT). This role requires a demonstrated passion for the Brand, attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
