Responsibilities

• Identifying and assessing a customer’s needs
• Keeping detailed records of customer interactions
• Following your company’s communication procedures and policies
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Duties will be sales of Etisalat Products like Postpaid, Prepaid, Handsets, Elfie, Accessories and other accessories
• Complaints, requests and Enquiries handling

Requirements

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Comfortable using computers.
• Location: Anywhere in UAE
• Age: less than 29
• Flexible for any location (UAE)
• Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
• Fresher or Experienced working with customer support
