Key Job Purpose
Retention Manager will be responsible for improving the engagement of subscribed shippers and truckers in the BlackBuck platforms such that there is higher retention and renewals.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyse reasons for the low retention levels among different customer segments for the BlackBuck product
- Solution for the identified reasons and execute measures to improve customer retention
- Ideate on increasing product recall in the minds of shipper and truckers
- Increase wallet share for both the customer bases resulting in higher engagement and retention
- Drive subscription renewals for both shippers and truckers
