Job Title: Returns Management & UPC - Consumer Electronics 1. Used Parts Collection - Used Parts Collection (UPC) inspection and system update for warranty payment - UPC testing of PBA/OCTA for Target models - Monthly scapping & Quarterly shipment of faulty PBA/OCTA parts to HQ (Korea) - Execute Goods Receiving (G/R) in CS-Portal for successfully inspected parts/sets - Inventory management for returned used parts (in warehouse). - Weekly report on returned parts and pending collection from ASC based on fiscal month - Weekly follow-up with ASC for unreturned used parts - ASC Support: liasing with partners on issues concerning Used Parts Return 2.
