We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Accounts Receivable / Revenue Accountant to support a high-impact data cleanup and reconciliation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into complex datasets, identifying discrepancies, and building structure within accounting processes.


Key Responsibilities

+ Analyze and reconcile accounts receivable and billing data, identifying discrepancies and resolving open items

+ Perform customer account cleanup, ensuring accuracy and completeness of billing records

+ Design and execute reconciliation processes across invoicing cycles

+ Investigate and resolve billing and revenue variances, including root cause analysis

+ Prepare and post journal entries related to revenue adjustments, write-offs, and reclasses

+ Generate and track refunds, credits, and adjustments tied to billing discrepancies
