Job Title: Revenue Administrator Location:Millennium Business Park, Ballycoolin, Dublin 11 Reporting to:Revenue & Admin Team Lead Contract Term:1 Year Maternity Cover About the Role Role responsibilities: Setting up new Commercial Customer Accounts Setting up new Service Agreements on existing accounts Managing pricing flows on existing accounts Applying credit notes to customer accounts where applicable Applying credit and rebilling accounts where applicable Setting customers up for Panda Portal access Closing existing accounts/sites Liasing with Account Managers & other departments regarding any queries/tasks Revenue protection/month end reports Assisting Team Lead in month end deadlines. Other ad hoc work assigned to you by Line Manager Key Skills: Minimum 23 years experience in an administrative environment Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willin...
