**Administration**

+ Attend regular revenue, sales, and operations meetings to ensure effective communication between Revenue Management and other hotel departments.
+ Monitor daily pickup, occupancy, ADR, and market trends, highlighting potential risks and opportunities to the Revenue Manager and hotel leadership team.
+ Support revenue reporting processes by ensuring timely and accurate preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
+ Assist in identifying situations that may impact hotel revenue performance, such as low-demand periods, group wash, or adverse booking trends.

**Financial**

+ Analyze hotel revenue performance and market trends to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and profitability improvement.
+ Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reports including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, Market Share, and Forecast Accuracy.
