Key Responsibilities - Ensuring that bills are raised correctly on a timely basis and are paid promptly.
- Drafting and checking prebills.
- Processing collation of bills, chasing bills time/disbursement writeoffs, time/disbursement transfers and edits/cancellations and reissues.
- Direct contact with clients regarding unpaid bills.
- Liaison with partners and executives regarding queried debts unpaid bills.
- WIP/Debtor meetings with partners and fee earners.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and a working use of Expert or equivalent systems would be preferable, although training will be provided.
- Strong IT skills, good working knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
