We are looking for a full-time Airbnb Pricing Strategist to maximize portfolio revenue performance. This role owns day-to-day execution: reviewing performance, identifying underperforming properties, and making pricing adjustments that improve occupancy, ADR, and booking pace. This is not a “set and forget” pricing role. We want someone who spots issues and fixes them, not someone who waits for instructions.

UK business hours



Rate:

£7 GBP per hr. (final depends on proven STR pricing performance + analytical strength)



We don’t take a cut of your pay - ever.



You receive 100% of your full advertised rate - paid directly to you by your client. We never take a cut, percentage, or reduce your earnings in any way.
