As a key player in Financeit, you'll report to the Director of Data Solutions. This role combines advanced CRM skills with strategic oversight, where you will optimize workflows and automate processes. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency of our Sales and Marketing tech stack, ensuring alignment across systems.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Configure Salesforce Flows, custom objects, and validation rules
β’ Manage Pardot engagement programs and templates
β’ Troubleshoot complex sync errors and data discrepancies
β’ Design the technical roadmap for revenue tech stack
β’ Build dashboards to track CAC, LTV, and ROI
