Revenue Operations Manager 

Introduction to the Role: SymphonyAI is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager based in India to lead and optimize our quote-to-cash processes across Sales, Legal, Finance, and IT. You will own the systems, data, and workflows that power bookings and revenue, ensuring operational excellence, policy compliance, and clean handoffs from CRM/CPQ to ERP. This role partners closely with the Revenue Accounting team to ensure Sales Orders and contract changes are accurate and complete before booking. You will be a hands-on leader across Salesforce, CPQ, CLM, and NetSuite (ERP/SuiteBilling). This role reports to the Director of Revenue and requires collaboration across global teams with a minimum of 3 hours overlap with US time zones.
