Our client, a famous real estate developer, has an opportunity for a winner to join the Team as a Revenue Manager (Casual Leasing).
Key Responsibilities - Drive and deliver annual A&P revenue targets through strategic planning, proactive sales execution and strong team management.
- Monetise atrium spaces, advertising assets and licensing opportunities in line with each property's branding and positioning.
- Build and manage relationships with advertisers, brands, exhibitors, event organisers, vendors and marketing agents.
- Plan and manage atrium and advertising booking schedules to maximise occupancy, yield and utilisation while minimising downtime.
