We're looking for a Reward & Benefits Analyst to join our Group Finance Reward team and play a key role in delivering data-driven insights that shape our reward, benefits and recognition programmes.

Reporting to the Senior Reward Analyst, you'll provide analytical expertise across pay, bonus, benefits and recognition activities, supporting key annual reward processes while helping us continuously improve how we work.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and maintain reward data models, producing insights that support decision-making and process improvement.

  • Support annual pay and bonus reviews, including benchmarking activities and data preparation for senior stakeholders.

  • Provide analysis and reporting to support benefits renewal activities, invoice tracking and reward governance processes.
