Position Overview
As a **Rewards Specialist** , you will be responsible for supporting and delivering Rewards programs across Philips, with a strong focus on compensation, benefits, and international mobility. You will act as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, recruiters, and HR stakeholders, ensuring Rewards practices remain competitive, compliant, and aligned with Philips’ global Rewards strategy.
**Your role will be:**
+ Serve as a subject matter expert and key point of contact for employees, managers, recruiters, and HR colleagues on Rewards topics, including compensation, benefits, grading, job evaluations, and international mobility.
+ Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, and mobility programs, ensuring alignment with business needs, market trends, and Philips’ Rewards strategy.
