Start Network is looking for a consultant(s) to conduct a Financial Flows and Gaps Analysis which will inform its Disaster Risk Financing programming in Colombia. This Financial Flows and Gaps Analysis will be a summary and mapping exercise of the flow of Disaster Risk Management (DRM) and Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR) funding in Colombia and will analyse the source and flow of funds that the humanitarian and development sectors have access to at different stages in the Disaster (Risk) Management cycle in-country.
