Responsibilities
Lead and deliver large-scale capital projects from feasibility studies through to commissioning and handover.
Ensure engineering designs comply with all legal, regulatory, operational and governance requirements.
Manage multidisciplinary engineering activities covering mechanical, electrical, civil and instrumentation disciplines.
Drive procurement strategies, contract administration, tender processes and supplier management.
Oversee project budgets, cost control, forecasting and reporting.
Manage project schedules, risks, quality assurance and change management processes.
Ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety legislation, HSEQ requirements and company standards.
Lead project teams, contractors, consultants and service providers to achieve project objectives safely, on time and within budget.
