Delivery Hero in Dubai is seeking a Partnerships & Community Engagement Lead to grow the rider community through innovative loyalty initiatives, negotiate strategic partnerships, and drive value for partners and riders.

You will develop reward programs, collect rider feedback via surveys and focus groups, monitor experience metrics, and collaborate with dispatch, logistics, product, engineering, regional ops and marketing to align with company goals.
