We are seeking experienced Intermediate and Advanced Riggers (RI / RA) to join our Alkimos SeaWater Alliance Project. You will play a key role in ensuring all rigging operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with lift procedures, project requirements, and WHS legislation.
Key Responsibilities
Rigging Operations
Carry out intermediate to advanced rigging tasks including lifting, moving, and securing structural steel, mechanical equipment, precast elements, and materials
Interpret lift plans, engineered drawings, and rigging studies
Select, inspect, and safely use rigging gear including slings, shackles, chain blocks, and lifting assemblies
Direct crane operators and doggers using clear communication and standard signalling
