Job Requirements

• At least High School or Vocational Graduate
• TESDA NC II/III Certification is an advantage
• Proven experience as a Rigger and Team Leader in construction, powerline, telecom, or related projects
• Knowledgeable in rigging procedures, lifting operations, and safety standards
• Familiar with proper use of rigging tools and equipment
• Able to read and interpret basic technical drawings and work instructions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Physically fit and willing to work on-site and at heights
