RIS Data Verification Process Perform quality checks on patient data and imaging Verify Date of Exam (DOE) to avoid incorrect processing of prior studies Identify discrepancies and escalate to relevant teams 2. Patient Data Verification Validate patient details including Name, MRN, ACC number, Gender, and Date of Birth Verify modality, procedures, and case priority/criticality Review clinical/surgical history, technician comments, and contrast details Ensure accuracy of image count, requisition timestamps, and fax details 3.
