Rixos the Palm Dubai is seeking a skilled production chef to supervise and participate in all F&B mise en place across outlets. You will ensure portioning, garnishing, and presentation meet brand standards while managing stock rotation with Sous-Chef and Chef de Cuisine.
This role requires strong leadership, hygiene discipline and cost control. You will train Demi Chefs and Commis, organize rosters, and contribute to menu development while maintaining high guest care, safety, and hotel policies.
