**MANTECH** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Risk Analyst** to join our team in **St Inigoes, MD** . This is a **Hybrid** role with 3 days in office and 2 days remote.

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Review, update, and manage the configuration of technical documentation.
+ Provide oversight for small projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Analyze and update operational processes to improve overall efficiency and project requirements across business management, financial management, program scheduling, milestone tracking, critical path analyses, and support requirements.
+ Gather and analyze information from multiple Navy and Contractor entities to prepare reports, update schedules, manage risks, track action items, solve problems, recommend improvements, and keep division leadership informed.
+ Maintain the Program Risk Plan and ISEE Risk Issue, and Opportunity (RIO) register.
