Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Regulatory Compliance Management
    • Ensure compliance with UAE Commercial Companies Law, AML/CFT regulations, etc.
    • Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on Group and JV entities.
    • Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure timely submission of statutory filings, renewals, and disclosures.
    • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and compliance monitoring frameworks.
  • Corporate Secretarial Governance
    • Manage all corporate secretarial activities for JV companies and subsidiary entities.
    • Organize Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, board packs, resolutions, and minutes.
    • Maintain statutory registers, corporate records, powers of attorney, and legal documentation.
    • Ensure compliance with shareholder agreements, delegated authority matrices, and governance frameworks.
