**Key Responsibilities**

The Vice President will support the end-to-end quarterly Risk Appetite and Risk Identification assessment cycle, partnering with the ORM Risk Appetite Lead and the Head of the ORM Risk Appetite, ID, and Metric Team. Responsibilities include:

+ Support the end-to-end execution of the quarterly Risk Appetite Assessment process. This includes driving the initial data gathering, analysis, and drafting of the assessment to form a comprehensive view of the firm's operational risk profile against its stated appetite.
+ Oversee Risk Identification and Material Risk Inventory: Contribute to the firm’s process for identifying, assessing, and documenting material operational risks. This involves analyzing risk trends, reviewing emerging risks, and ensuring the firm’s central inventory of material risks is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
