• Implement and maintain the international safety and environmental management systems and ensure the site’s adherence to all SHE related legislation.
• Facilitate identification of site risks with HODs and lead the documentation of risk assessment matrices.
• Drive capability building for SHE at the site with support of the SC Academy and HRD Personnel.
• Ensure that all work is carried out according to SHE policies, standards, and procedures by implementing a behaviour‑based safety programme on site.
