Position Summary

The Risk Manager is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks across all phases of construction projects, including preconstruction, execution, and closeout. This role works closely with executive leadership, project teams, legal, safety, and insurance partners to protect the company’s financial position, ensure contractual compliance, and support successful project delivery. Risk Identification & Analysis

Evaluate project risks during pursuit and preconstruction (contract terms, site conditions, financial exposure, scheduling constraints)

Conduct quantitative and qualitative risk assessments for large-scale projects
