Requirements 3–7+ years’ experience in risk insurance or financial services. Grade 12 (Matric). Relevant financial qualification (e.g., CFP or NQF-aligned qualification). FAIS compliant for providing risk advice. Product accreditation with major life insurers (or willingness or ability to obtain). Proven experience in advising on and servicing life risk products. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Computer literate and technologically savvy. Experience working with a CRM system (e.g., XPlan). Valid driver’s license. Fluent in verbal and written English and Afrikaans. Strong technical knowledge of risk products and structuring. Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
