Description
• Execute daily/weekly/monthly preventive maintenance per PPM/APM schedule
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems, PLC control systems, network systems, electrical/mechanical systems, and MHE
• Coordinate with vendors for warranty/AMC equipment servicing
• Manage shift FM agency teams (technical and soft services)
• Ensure closure of maintenance tickets within defined TAT
• Maintain records for utilities (water, electricity, STP/WTP)
• Drive safety compliance and safe work permit systems
• Manage spare parts inventory and reorder processes
• Conduct RCA for incidents/breakdowns and share learnings
• Maintain building housekeeping and 5S standards
