HealthPartners is hiring an RN Clinic Manager, Advanced Care Primary Care. This position provides overall direction and management of care delivery and support operations at assigned location(s) in partnership with the Chief of Professional Services and department leaders. Responsible for ensuring clinic staff provides high quality, accessible, cost effective and patient focused services. Collaborates with physicians and other health care providers to establish, implement and maintain patient care and quality service standards to meet members’ and patients’ expectations. Partner with the clinic medical director, Regional Clinic Director and the leadership team at the site to identify clinic priorities and initiatives in support of the mission and goals of HealthPartners. Work in collaboration with other primary, specialty, ancillary care and pharmacy supervisors, managers and directors to ensure the experience is seamless for the patient.
