As the Clinical Nurse Education Specialist for our Critical Care services, you will lead professional development of our team, drive evidence-based practice, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance nursing excellence.

**What You'll Do:**

+ Champion education and competency for Critical Care departments
+ Influence service line and organization-wide initiatives, policies, and innovation
+ Partner with Educators and Nursing Leadership to inspire growth

**Preferred Experience:**

+ Nursing professional development experience
+ Recent critical care or intermediate care direct patient care experience (Required)
